Therapy is a supportive tool utilize for coping, managing and addressing signs and symptoms of mental illness such as depression. Therapy helps identify and learn signs and symptoms of your specific illness as well as coping skills and triggers.
Sex Therapy is more than just therapy for sexual relationships. During sex therapy we explore different aspects of sex and it's relation to you and your journey. Sex therapy encompasses areas such as identity, dysfunction, sexual exploration, or sexual concerns.
I provide three types of social work supervision:
I carry strong practice experience in psychiatric social work and crisis intervention. I utilize social theory and practice theory to inform my supervision. I support a student-centric position during supervision underpinned by a strong social work ethical foundation.
